SSC CHSL 2020-21 Recruitment Notification Out Apply Online for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Exam

 

Brief Information :        

Good News for the govt jobs seekers! Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC CHSL 2020 Notification on its official website on 06 November 2020. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their SSC CHSL Application through online mode on or before 15 December 2020 on the official website of Commission - i.e. ssc.nic.in. However, Last date for making online fee payment is 17 December 2020.

Candidates who will apply successfully will be called for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Exam 2020-21. The exam will be conducted for recruitment to the post of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA) and Data Entry Operators (DEO) for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and their Attached & Subordinate Offices.

·      Online Application Closing Date: 15-12-2020

·      Last Date For Payment of Fee (Online): 17-12-2020

·      Last Date For Payment Of Fee Through Challan: 21-12-2020

·      Date Of Computer Based Examination (Tier – I): 12 To 27 April 2021

 

Educational Qualification :

 

·      For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): 12th passed or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

·      For Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th passed in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent. 

Application Fee : 

·      For General / OBC : Rs. 100/-

·      For SC / ST / Female / Ex-Servicemen: No Fees

·      Pay the Examination Fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking.

 

Age Limit:

·       18 to 27 years (Relaxation as per govt. Rules)

 

Salary :

·        Lower Division Clerk / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) 4893 (Tentative) 19,900 – 63,200/- Level-2

·        Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA) 25,500 – 81,100/- Level-4

·        Data Entry Operator (DEO) 25,500 – 81,100/- Level-4

·        Data Entry Operator (DEO) Grade A 25,500 – 81,100/- Level-4.

 

Selection Process: 

·         SSC CHSL Selection will be done on the basis of:

·         Tier I Exam - Computer Based Examination

·         Tier II - Descriptive Paper

·         Tier III - Typing Test/ Skill Test.
